Great job, wish my inspector did the same. The A/C the previous owner had it running had some blue things on each vent to see air was working. No it wasn’t, the pool pump either. Water damage on balcony, later roof needs replaced. Been here 7 yrs and one thing after the other. The previous owner was good Covering all that up. And he was the first owner so he very well knew.
